At Natural Life, we want you to love your bohemian-inspired finds, but if you're not completely satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place your items in their original packaging or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags and labels are included.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
